Medication Services

CPR offers a team of board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners (PNPs) who specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Our PNPs work together with nursing and medical assistant staff to ensure coordinated and integrated healthcare. This may include coordination of care with medical providers, referrals to metabolic wellness programs, and pharmacognenomic testing. Our PNPs provide all patients with education regarding mental health and treatment options.

CPR PNPs also work closely with CPR counselors to provide the best possible care for our patients. Patients will find that their nurse practitioners encourage a combination of medication management, brief psychotherapy and lifestyle adjustments to manage the symptoms of mental illness.

Four Directions Integrative Wellness:

The FDIW program provides an opportunity to improve overall health through an integrated, whole body approach.

A holistic approach to healthcare is essential, as the mind and body cannot be separated. This means that mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health are not mutually exclusive – the health of one impacts the health of the other. A whole body treatment plan that integrates care for the needs of these four elements will positively impact overall health outcomes.

An integrated approach is taught by professionals utilizing nutrition, physical fitness and counseling groups to help participants gain essential knowledge and practical skills in order to manage chronic health problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and weight.

FDIW is an ongoing 8-week program offered 2-days a week for 3-hours a day. The program is organized into 3 sections: nutrition, physical fitness, and ACT therapy, with built-in breaks in between each section. Participants must register for the FDIW program in advance and participation in the program is limited.

For more information about this program, please call 480-804-0326 or email us at FDIW@crisisprepandrecovery.com
