TARGETED TRAINING: For the Workgroup
Often times, management is confronted with a workgroup that is a “hotbed” of complaints, conflicts, resistance to change, and mediocre performance. We identify the underlying problems of the group with our own time-tested assessment tool and respond with a training plan targeted specifically to bring about the necessary changes in the attitudes and actions of the group. This customized training program is provided in 2 hour blocks once a week on-site, thus reducing costs and downtime.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: For the individual
We recognize that individual employees could be experiencing personal problems that are interfering with their lives and their job performance and, in response, we offer our specially-designed EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Unlike many EAPs, we firmly believe in the original purpose of an EAP, that of maintaining or returning valued employees to the level of performance that benefits their employer. It is not a “warm feeling” service primarily used on a self-referral basis for every imaginable day-to-day issue that people normally face. It is, instead, a tool for management to use to save valued employees and address performance problems.
